Summary
Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Manager, Value Stream (PVC) to join their team in Carrollton, GA. The role involves ensuring a safe work environment while maintaining operational execution and production of quality products.
About the Role
As a Value Stream Manager, you will focus on eliminating waste in the value stream process, identifying business growth opportunities, and maximizing capacity to grow sales. You will lead team members in Kaizen events, manage KPIs, and drive a culture of safety and quality within the manufacturing environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or distribution operations with at least 2 years in a management/leadership role.
Preferred:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience in leading problem-solving events and corrective actions.
