Figma is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support mid-market and enterprise segments in the AMER region.
About the Role
As the Manager, Sales Development, you will lead and mentor a diverse team, establish processes for pipeline generation, collaborate with cross-functional partners, report on team performance, and recruit new team members. You will drive consistency and scalability in the team's approach to prospecting while meeting the unique needs of each segment.
About You
Required:
3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
1+ years of SDR/BDR Sales management experience in SaaS sales.
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly with direct reports and cross-functional team members.
Consistent track record of operational excellence and a data-driven approach.
Preferred:
Prior Account Executive or Account Management closing experience.
Experience managing a team that supports multiple segments and regions.
