State Affairs is seeking a Manager, Revenue Marketing to join their team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on leading multi-channel growth efforts and optimizing marketing strategies to drive revenue.
About the Role
As a Manager, Revenue Marketing, you will lead growth initiatives across various channels including outbound marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and SEO. Your responsibilities will include designing targeted campaigns, optimizing marketing automations, running experiments to improve conversion rates, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance lead quality and pipeline velocity.
About You
Required:
4+ years of professional work experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing, ideally within a SaaS startup.
Ability to build and scale programs that directly drive pipeline and revenue.
Experience operating CRMs and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Apollo, and Clay.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with sales teams.
Knowledge of performance marketing strategy and the sales funnel.
Preferred:
Experience owning pipeline KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and lead-to-deal conversion.
Experience targeting mid-market and enterprise decision-makers in public affairs, government relations, or policy sectors.
Experience in a start-up organization.
Ability to be creative, agile, and execute with rigor and urgency.
