About You
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in health care, customer service, business or a directly related field, with two (2) of those years being in respiratory therapy.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in respiratory therapy or a directly related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required at hire.
- Knowledge of asthma care and pulmonary care.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching staff.
- Strong resource management and time management skills.
- Ability to focus on patient safety and quality improvement.
