Summary
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Manager, Quality Control to oversee the management of Quality Control testing techniques and personnel in Athens, GA.
About the Role
As a Manager, Quality Control, you will ensure the completion of all testing, uphold compliance with internal quality guidelines and regulatory agencies, manage equipment repairs and maintenance, assist in personnel management, lead functions to improve production efficiency, monitor key performance indicators, and act as a subject matter expert for Quality Control techniques.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Science or related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of laboratory experience.
- Knowledge of a regulatory environment and understanding of production processes.
- Knowledge of GMP and 9CFR regulations.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience managing people.
