About the Role
As the Manager of People Operations, you will design and implement scalable people processes across the employee lifecycle, manage HR systems and technology infrastructure, ensure compliance with employment laws, shape employee experience and engagement, lead strategic people initiatives, and provide hands-on support to employees.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Rippling/HiBob, CultureAmp or similar.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL.
Preferred:
- Experience with company scaling from 50 to 500 employees.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with multiple HR systems implementations.
