Summary
The Community Group is seeking a Manager of Training Programs to join their team in Essex County, MA. The role involves overseeing daily department operations and managing training and workforce development initiatives for early childhood professionals.
About the Role
As the Manager of Training Programs, you will coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training and technical assistance. You will manage the training schedule, handle data entry and reporting, track registrations, create marketing materials, and manage communications. Additionally, you will oversee facilities management, technology needs, and support employee development initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience as a program administrator and/or strong project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Preferred:
- Coaching/training experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong community relationships.
