- Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in organ and tissue recovery.
- Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) certification.
- American Association of Tissue Banking (AATB) certification.

NJ Sharing Network is the non-profit, federally-designated, state-approved organ procurement organization responsible for the recovery of organs and tissue for the nearly 4,000 New Jersey residents currently awaiting transplantation, and is part of the national recovery system, which is in place for the 100,000 people on the national waiting list.
