Summary
We Care Daily Clinics is seeking a Manager of Recovery Programs to join their team in Auburn, WA. The role involves providing administrative leadership and programmatic oversight for counseling and behavioral health services.
About the Role
As the Manager of Recovery Programs, you will oversee peer supervisors and counseling staff, manage scheduling and operational issues, and drive the implementation of behavioral health service strategies. You will collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure integrated service delivery and represent counseling in program development meetings. This full-time, on-site position requires you to work in the clinic five days a week to support daily operations and member programming.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health, social services, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Experience managing teams or programs in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment setting.
- Familiarity with contingency management, recovery support programs, and peer-based services.
- Experience with staff scheduling, performance oversight, and administrative systems (e.g., timecards, PTO).
- Strong program/project management skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to lead through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
