About the Role
As the Manager of Metrics, Reporting & Finance, you will oversee the creation of recurring and ad hoc reports, extract actionable insights from complex data sets, and evaluate departmental budgets and operational metrics. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies and manage various strategic initiatives across the Business Management Office.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related area.
- Minimum 7-10 years of financial analysis, business management, or technology operations experience.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Power BI and other Microsoft Office products.
