Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Manager of Housing and Student Life for UCR Extension to enhance student life for UCR Extension students, particularly international students, and manage the on-campus residential program.
About the Role
As the Manager of Housing and Student Life, you will lead services that improve student life, manage community development through recruitment and training of Community Assistants, oversee co-curricular programming, advise on conflict mediation, enforce policies, coordinate crisis response, and communicate with residents. You will collaborate with staff on various programs and serve as a liaison with housing partners and campus services.
About You
Required:
- Experience in student life management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with international student populations.
- Knowledge of crisis management and conflict resolution.
