About the Role
As the Manager of Memory Care, you will be responsible for recruitment, training, and supervision of team members, implementing resident-centered dementia care, providing nursing care including health assessments and medication administration, and coordinating the resident admission process with a multidisciplinary team. You may also fill in as Manager-On-Duty on weekends.
About You
Required:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- Experience in community or long-term care settings.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Gerontology.
- 1-2 years of management experience in directing/providing dementia care for seniors.
- Strong background in patient care assessment and developing non-pharmacologic approaches.
