BioSpace is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing - 12hr PM (6:00pm - 6:00am) to join their team in New Albany, OH. The role involves managing and leading all aspects of a manufacturing production area in a Packaging facility while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee production schedules, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include evaluating reports, managing SOPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining plant safety. You will also be involved in budget planning and staff development.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate degree or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industry, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience.
- Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, or programs.
Preferred:
- Educational background in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong managerial skills and experience with Non-Conformance and CAPA.
- Ability to work on a 12-hour PM shift.
- Skills in verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, analytical problem solving, project management, coaching, mentoring, and flexibility in managing change.
