About You
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of first-line pharmaceutical sales management experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years in Long Term Care strongly preferred.
- Record of achieving goals and building, coaching, and developing effective sales teams.
- Experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
- Experience successfully promoting products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care strongly preferred.
- Experience managing relationships with key opinion leaders and local LTC professionals.
