About the Role
As a Manager of Product-centric Project / Delivery Managers, you will lead a global team, establish delivery standards, drive program execution, and transform the organization to a product-centric model. You will manage cross-functional teams, implement innovative solutions, and focus on customer experience while ensuring project success through advanced project management methodologies.
About You
Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing project managers in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations & Support organizations, including network, data center, and end-user services.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Project management certifications such as PMP and CSM.
