Summary
Figma is seeking a Manager, GTM Finance to join their team in San Francisco, CA or remotely in the United States. The role involves leading financial planning and analysis for Figma's Self-Serve business, driving strategic decisions, and managing a high-performing team.
About the Role
As the Manager, GTM Finance, you will lead all ARR planning and forecasting, partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth drivers, implement process improvements, manage and mentor your team, and present insights to senior leadership. You will also evolve the financial narrative for Figma's self-serve motion and identify tools and metrics for better decision-making.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, business operations, or a related analytical field.
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and a strong track record of partnering with Data Science teams.
- Deep experience in financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience at a high growth B2B SaaS company, especially with self-serve models.
