Summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Manager, Global Lead Management Capabilities to lead the global strategy and execution of lead management across sales and marketing.
About the Role
As the Manager, Global Lead Management Capabilities, you will be responsible for building scalable processes to identify, nurture, assign, and activate leads, driving demand generation and pipeline performance. You will lead a global team, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement across systems, tools, and processes to support data-driven growth and sales enablement.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of digital product and capability experience in complex global companies.
- Demonstrated ability to create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change.
- Deep technical proficiency in marketing and sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Experience enabling organizations with process standardization and change management methodologies.
- Effective communicator with a track record of presenting strategies to executives.
Preferred:
- Experience working alongside technical teams to prioritize and deliver solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
