About the Role
As the Manager, Community Operations, you will lead and inspire community teams, ensuring the execution of operational and strategic plans. You will be responsible for hiring, supervising team performance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery. The role requires working in the community and adapting to non-traditional settings.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years experience in a healthcare-focused business, preferably leading community-based teams.
- Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience managing certified peer recovery specialists or similar staff.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting providing holistic care.
- Experience in an early-stage startup.
