About the Role
As a Manager, Commercial Sales, you will motivate your team to exceed objectives, develop and maintain accurate team forecasts, hire and train Account Executives, drive lead generation, and monitor the sales funnel from prospect to close. You will also create metrics to improve performance and facilitate the ramp-up for new team members.
About You
Required:
- Experience in hi-tech direct sales.
- Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud and Salesforce.
- Ability to accurately forecast team performance.
- Fluency in Portuguese at a professional or business level.
