About the Role
The Manager will lead strategic engagements with analysts and influencers, build and maintain trusted relationships, translate analyst insights into actionable intelligence, develop an influencer program, manage peer review programs on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, and coordinate analyst-related events and communications. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to communicate WalkMe's innovation and thought leadership effectively.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of relevant experience or 2+ years with a Master's degree in analyst relations, product marketing, or corporate communications.
- Experience with B2B enterprise software or SaaS environments, with strong understanding of SaaS markets and enterprise customer needs.
- Experience working with peer review platforms such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, including driving customer participation and leveraging reviews for marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management and execution skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives and build trusted relationships with analysts and internal stakeholders.
