As a Senior Development Manager, you will lead platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure data exchange and document comprehension platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and drive new features, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and exceptional customer experiences.

About You

Required:

BS in Computer Science / MS or equivalent work-related experience.
12+ years of experience in delivering software products with 3+ years as a technical leader of software engineering teams.
5+ years of experience leading design and implementation of scalable and distributed platforms.
Strong experience in cloud technologies (AWS), machine learning, microservices, and version control systems.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred:

Demonstrated experience in leading positive change and empowering teams.
Ability to articulate product vision and drive future roadmap.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
