Acrisure is seeking a Manager - Growth for Northern Ohio, Midwest to join their team in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves managing team leaders and Client Advisors to drive growth and optimize organizational efficiency.
About the Role
As the Manager - Growth, you will report to the Director of Growth and be responsible for team leadership, performance monitoring, new business development, client relationship management, market expansion, revenue growth, operational excellence, team collaboration, and process improvement. You will implement growth strategies specific to the Commercial Lines sector and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance experience.
- Active P&C license.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.
- Excellent leadership and coaching ability.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting business development lifecycle.
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of markets, clients, and competitors.
