About the Role
As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality radiographic images while providing compassionate care to patients. You will also perform quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA, and may utilize general radiography skills for diagnostic exams depending on the location.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program meeting ARRT registry requirements.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification from ARRT upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography certification within 1 year of hire.
- Prior general radiography experience may be required depending on location.
Preferred:
- 1 year of full-time mammography experience.
