About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment in the plant. You will ensure the day-to-day operation and reliability of the plant production and utility systems, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of the plant process equipment. You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
About You
Required:
- High school/GED degree.
- 5+ years of Manufacturing or Industrial maintenance experience.
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Experience with CMMS system, JD Edwards or related operating systems.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree with 5+ years of operations maintenance experience.
- Experience in managing a unionized workforce.
