About the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks including gardening, lawn care, painting, plastering, minor equipment repair, and snow removal. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the facility is well-maintained and safe for residents and staff.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
Preferred:
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing or general maintenance
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
