About the Role
As a Maintenance - RTE Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment for emergency repairs, performing preventative maintenance routines, and assisting in complex repairs. You will work from verbal and written instructions, blueprints, and sketches to complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks, utilizing hand tools and common shop machinery.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing; or 4 years of direct experience in the same environment.
- Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, or scissor lift.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Preferred:
- Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma, or Associate's Degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school.
- Ability to read and write work orders, instructions, daily reports, and machine manuals.
