About the Role
As a Machine Operator on the 3rd Shift, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of machinery that blends, mixes, packages, and transports materials. Your daily tasks will include ensuring adherence to safety and operating procedures, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining production logs. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to lift materials and operate machinery safely.
About You
Required:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and adhere to safe work practices.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
