About the Role
As a Machine Learning Scientist - NLP - Senior Associate, you will research and explore new machine learning methods, develop state-of-the-art models for real-world problems, and collaborate with various teams to deploy solutions into production. You will also drive firm-wide initiatives by developing frameworks to accelerate the application of machine learning models across different business areas.
About You
Required:
- PhD in a quantitative discipline or an MS with at least 3 years of industry or research experience.
- Solid background in NLP or speech recognition and analytics.
- Extensive experience with machine learning and deep learning toolkits (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to design experiments and evaluate model performance metrics.
- Experience with big data and scalable model training.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Preferred:
- Strong background in Mathematics and Statistics.
- Knowledge in search/ranking, Reinforcement Learning or Meta Learning.
- Experience with A/B experimentation and cloud-native deployment.
- Published research in Machine Learning or related fields.
