About the Role
As a VP, M365 Incident Responder, you will act as a subject matter expert on incident response for Entra ID and M365 services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating across teams to develop incident response capabilities, designing and implementing incident response processes, maintaining operational playbooks, and training junior colleagues. You will also analyze risks, document findings, and provide security advice to enhance Citi's security posture.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant M365/Azure experience.
- Strong understanding of security incident response processes and excellent technical documentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 services and their security configurations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Industry-accredited certifications in M365 security or other cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Identity and Access Management and M365 services like OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
