About the Role
As a Lubbock CNA/Therapeutic Assistant, you will be responsible for observing and documenting client behavior, assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring client safety, and reinforcing treatment plans. You will also assist therapy staff, transport clients, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding the organization's mission and confidentiality standards.
About You
Required:
- High-School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Certified in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI).
- Current/valid Driver's license.
Preferred:
- Behavioral Science B.A. or relevant college background.
- At least two years' experience in a Residential Behavioral Rehabilitation Program or experience with the disabled population.

Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute is a comprehensive, post-acute brain injury rehabilitation program with multiple facilities in Galveston, Clear Lake and Lubbock, Texas. It was established in 1982 and has operated continuously since that time, providing in-patient and out-patient services to adult survivors of acquired brain injury. The clinical program provides integrated cognitive, behavioral, physical, living skills, and vocational rehabilitation services. Moody Neuro also operates a long term supported care facility for clients no longer able to live independently.
