About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating nursing assignments. You will also assist in feeding residents, perform treatments, and ensure compliance with medication administration protocols.
About You
Required:
- Currently licensed by the State of New York.
- Mentally and physically capable of performing job duties.
- Possesses leadership and supervisory qualities.
- Ability to coordinate all functions in the operation of a resident unit.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong observation skills to recognize condition changes in residents.
