About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide personalized nursing care to children in their homes, following care plans and clinical policies. You will work autonomously while being supported by a clinical team, including a Director of Nursing available 24/7. Your responsibilities include taking direction from the clinical team, ensuring adherence to care plans, and maintaining a strong bond with the families you serve.
About You
Required:
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
- Physical from within three years.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
