About the Role
As an LPN Home Care, you will be responsible for delivering patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, recognizing and reporting changes in patient conditions, completing clinical notes, assisting in specialized procedures, and helping clients learn self-care techniques. You will also need to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office and may have access to protected health information.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited vocational school for LPN and licensed to practice in New Jersey.
- Active and in good standing LPN license.
Preferred:
- Home health care experience.
