Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an LPN Float Pool to join their team in Waverly, MN. The role involves providing high-quality direct routine care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
About the Role
As an LPN Float Pool member, you will participate in the development and modification of resident Plans of Care, implementing interventions as delegated by RNs or physicians. You will have the flexibility to pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management, with travel expected for this position.
About You
Required:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
