Summary
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an LPN Float Pool to join their team in Grand Rapids, MN. The role involves providing high-quality direct routine care to residents and participating in the development of their Plan of Care.
About the Role
As an LPN Float Pool member, you will have the flexibility to pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. You will implement interventions as delegated by RNs or physicians, ensuring compliance with Minnesota BON standards and the facility's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program. Travel is expected for this position, and you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
About You
Required:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
