About the Role
As a Loan Officer, you will assess loan applications, recommend appropriate loan products, guide clients through the loan process, verify documentation, collaborate with underwriters, and maintain knowledge of lending guidelines. You will also build strong client relationships and meet sales goals.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services.
- Current Loan Officer license (NMLS).
- Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting, and industry compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess financial data and determine creditworthiness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
