Centene is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their team remotely in Michigan, United States. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact between account management and specialty pharmacy operations, facilitating the resolution of specialty pharmacy escalated issues.
About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will investigate and resolve payer concerns regarding specialty dispenses to members, analyze and monitor payer complaints to identify trends, and develop action plans to maintain high-quality service. You will collaborate with account management and specialty pharmacy operations to resolve issues, expedite urgent orders, and monitor high-risk members and prescriptions. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to enhance processes and mentor newly hired team members.
About You
Required:
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in pharmacy operations, including intake and insurance verification, and call center experience.
Knowledge of pharmacy operational processes.
Experienced ScriptMed user.
