About the Role
About You
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in California, preferably in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure and local rules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal practice management software.
- Experience with court e-filing systems (One Legal, TrueFiling, CM/ECF, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate.
