About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Your daily tasks will include analyzing data, preparing summary charts, reviewing and organizing discovery materials, and performing legal and investigative research. You will also communicate with clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses, and maintain confidentiality of firm and client information.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Understanding of medical/injury terminology.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic document repository systems.
- Familiarity with legal research systems and electronic search databases.
