- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on general liability.
- Texas Bar required.
- Strong litigation experience, including trial preparation, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with both small businesses and large corporate clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
