Epiq is seeking a Litigation Attorney licensed in Washington state to join their team in a fully remote contract role. The position involves sophisticated litigation work for Fortune 500 clients and AMLAW 200 law firms.
About the Role
As a Litigation Attorney, you will perform a variety of litigation-related tasks including legal research and writing, data analysis, and managing eDiscovery processes. You will work 40 to 50 hours per week in a dynamic litigation environment, with the role expected to last for 3+ months, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position.
About You
Required:
- JD Degree from an accredited institution.
- Active bar license in good standing in the State of Washington.
- 4+ years of experience in litigation or investigations at a major U.S. law firm, government, or in-house legal department.
- 2+ years of experience with eDiscovery and database tools.
- Strong experience with legal research and writing, including litigation-related document drafting.
Preferred:
- Experience with eDiscovery review platforms: Everlaw and Disco.
- Confidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals.
- Residence in Washington state.
- Immediate availability.
