Novate Legal Search is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters from the outset through discovery, mediation, arbitration, and/or trial.
About the Role
As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and legal advice to clients while managing litigation cases. You will work on civil litigation matters, collaborating with clients and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. The position is open to candidates with zero to ten years of experience in litigation, and you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
About You
Required:
- 0-10 years of experience in litigation defense.
- Active Arizona Bar license preferred; candidates admitted in other jurisdictions must be eligible to obtain an Arizona Bar license.
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service and legal advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Current third year law students encouraged to apply.
