About the Role
As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research. You will collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case resolution while keeping up-to-date with changes in personal injury law.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license.
Preferred:
- Experience in personal injury law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
