- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Washington.
- 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or general civil/insurance defense.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and legal research platforms (e.g., Lexis).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
