As a Licensing Services Clerk, you will work in the Licensing Section of the Operations Unit. Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications for completeness, answering inquiries from the public, elevating questionable applications to supervisors, interpreting licensing rules and regulations, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist applicants in completing their applications and perform other special tasks as assigned.
