As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for servicing existing insurance agency customers, quoting, selling, and binding new policies, and focusing on policy renewals and retention. You will engage with clients professionally, manage customer concerns, and maintain accurate documentation within the customer service database.
About You
Required:
- Valid 2-20 Property & Casualty license.
- Proficiency in the rules and regulations related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance.
- Excellent servicing and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume phone and email requests.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service within the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated drive, ambition, and goal-oriented mindset.
