About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will function as a member of the health care team, demonstrating practical nursing knowledge and skills. Your responsibilities will include assisting with triaging, managing clinical flow, providing patient education, and administering medications. You will work closely with RNs and MDs to ensure optimal patient care and participate in collaborative activities to enhance care quality.

About You

Required:

Active, full, current, and unrestricted licensure as a Graduate Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the appropriate State agency.

Preferred:

One year of experience in a long-term care facility.
