About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for verifying the plan of care with the RN, collaborating with physicians and RNs to meet patient needs, teaching self-care techniques to patients and caregivers, checking vital signs, reviewing medications, performing specialized procedures, and completing documentation accurately and timely.
About You
Required:
- One year of clinical LPN experience.
- Current LPN license specific to the state you are assigned to work.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
