About the Role
About You
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required.
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position.
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations. Valid Driver’s license and current car insurance mandatory.
- One (1) year of experience practicing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health or similar setting.
