About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN, you will be responsible for assessing and documenting residents' health status, supervising Resident Care Assistants, coordinating care with community providers, and ensuring the well-being of residents. You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide compassionate care and support to the elderly.

About You

Required:

Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
Graduate of an approved LPN program.

Preferred:

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse.
Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position.
